Insurance:

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Does my health insurance plan include any “out-of-network” mental health benefits?

If the plan reimburses for out-of-network providers, what information do they require for me to file a claim and receive the allowed reimbursement?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Payment:

Payment, as agreed upon, is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, you may be charged a fee.
